Smoke, Out

Last Saturday I was wandering around downtown snapping a few photos. Naturally I had my camera in hand. As I walked around a corner this dude struck a pose and said “Hey, you want me to model for you?”

 

Typically I don’t do street portraiture, but he just had so much enthusiasm I couldn’t help it. So I shot a couple of frames. He was actually pretty good at it!

Normally on Colfax, those words are a signal to run the other way. You're a brave man, Beaker.

Heh, I've heard worse. Besides which, this was Writer Square - not really the same atmosphere as Colfax.

I never knew there was still a market for cigarette modeling. He definitely appears more upstanding than my Walgreens cashier...
