Every summer Denver has a chalk art festival. It's always amazing to see what those artists can do with chalk -- it's a far cry from what kids draw on the sidewalk!
As I was crouching down to take a shot of the art, I noticed this composition and snapped it almost immediately. I didn't even realize that the guy standing there happens to be a friend of mine! We hadn't planned to meet up or even talked recently, he just happened to walk into my frame and I took the picture thinking it was a complete stranger. It's a small city...

That festival sounds awesome. It was nice seeing you this weekend, Bri. Tell Wendy I'm sorry about her superball, but we had fun with it. :)
It is pretty cool. I've got a bunch more shots I want to post, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
